- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including California and all other U.S. states where delivery services are available.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Vela Trends is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delays resulting from inaccurate shipping information
Additional shipping fees may apply for packages that are returned or require redelivery due to address errors.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Provide your order number.
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
